How can I pay for my registration?
Payment policy
 
When registering for the 7th European Cyclodextrin conference, please arrange payment of the registration fee. The payment deadline of registration fees and social programs is 15th July.
 
Payments should be made in EURO.
 
Any bank charges will be charged to the payer.
 
In case of bank transfer by your sponsor / workplace please make sure that your name or registration number is forwarded into the payment details while sending payments by bank transfer. If your sponsor uses a block transfer for several participants, it is necessary to include all relevant names or registration numbers.

Invoice
 
The invoice will be issued on request, based on details provided while registering (Invoicing address). Any change of such details (address, VAT number etc.) is possible only within 3 days from the registering date and is subject to the 10 EUR fee.
What is included in the registration fee?

–          Admission to Symposium, poster sessions, industrial exhibition;

–          Symposium materials and Proceedings;

–          Free Wi-Fi;

–          Coffee breaks;

–          Welcome reception, on September 5th

In accordance with the Hungarian tax regulations, invoices will show the full registration fees

divided into registration costs and catering costs (150 EUR).

Accommodation, lunches and the social programs are not included in the registration fee.

Where can I review my registration information?

Online registration is available on the official website of the event. We will send a confirmation to the e-mail address provided during registration, which includes payment information and orders.

Is there preferred accommodation I can book?

We recommend Danubius Hotel Helia, the location of the event. When registering for the event, you can add the number of rooms you wish to book. 

Accomodation booking process

Kindly note that participants of the congress have the option to make their room reservations directly through the Danubius Hotel Helia’s online reservation system at a discounted price until July 7. To assist you in securing your room, we have provided the following steps to guide you through the reservation process successfully.

Step 1: Access the Online Reservation System
To begin the booking process, please access the Danubius Hotel Helia’s online reservation system by clicking on the link. This will direct you to the hotel’s dedicated reservation website.

Step 2: Select Check-In and Check-Out Dates
Once you are on the reservation website, you will find a section to set your desired check-in and check-out dates. Click on the corresponding fields and choose the appropriate dates from the calendar tool provided. After selecting the dates, click on the „Update” button to proceed.

Step 3: View Conference Information and Room Types
After updating the dates, the reservation website will display the conference information related to your stay. This may include details such as the name of the congress, location, and any additional information relevant to your reservation. Additionally, you will be presented with various room types available for booking during the congress.

Step 4: Scroll Down to Find Available Room Types
Scroll down the reservation webpage to explore the available room types. Each room type will typically include a description, amenities, and pricing details. Once you have found the desired room type, click on the corresponding „Book” button associated with that particular room. This action will take you to a new page where you can review the details of your chosen room and proceed with the reservation.

How to cancel my participation, and what are the conditions?
Cancellation and refund policy of congress participation and social programs
In the case that you cancel your participation at the congress by the 30th June 2023., the registration fee minus a processing fee of 30 EUR will be refunded. No refund will be made if cancellation is made at a later date. Please note that there will be no refund for cancellations received after the 30th June 2023.
The congress office can accept any cancellations only in written form.
 
Miscellaneous
No-shows at the congress will be charged the full fee.
All refunds will be processed after the congress.
 
Modification of congress participation
In the case of modification of any of the datas of your invoice, it will mean a handling charge of 15 EUR. The congress office can accept any modifications only in written form.
 
Advanced services
Our organizing office offers meals and catering services in an unmodified form to their customers. The cancellation and penalty conditions are customized to the terms of the service provider.
How to reach the venue from Liszt Ferenc Airport?

Taxis are the most convenient ways to travel. By taking bus Nr. 100E you may take off at Kálvin tér M station, where you may get on the blue metro Nr. 3 and travel to Dózsa György út M station. After taking off the metro you will reach the venue in a 10-minutes-walk.

What parking arrangements are available at the venue?

Danubius Hotel Helia guests can use the 150-space closed but unguarded parking lot in front of the hotel on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Parking for hotel guests: 10 euro/ night / car.

Budapest is sectioned into several parking zones, and different hourly fees for parking area charged depending on which zone you park your car in (between HUF 175 and 440). Payment for the parking tickets can be made through vending machines all around the city.

Insurance / liability

The Organizers of the Congress do not accept any liability for damages and or losses of any kind which may be incurred by congress participants or accompanying persons. Delegates participate at all events at their own risk.
